Leopard 48
The award-winning Leopard 48 offers blue water performance and comfortable living spaces; this catamaran is a popular member of the Leopard line.
The Leopard 48 features a large forward cockpit with direct access from the saloon and a stairway to the forward platform. Other exterior bonuses include a large and open aft cockpit with cockpit table. A raised helm station, providing excellent panoramic visibility, allows for excellent blue water maneuverability.
The galley of the Leopard 48 comes equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and ample prepping space. The expertly-designed interior makes sailing not only fun, but also incredibly comfortable. Her modern lines and open floor plan set a new standard for the modern cruising catamaran.
Conventional yacht racing wisdom would say that being competitive on the water and having plenty of fun afterwards are mutually exclusive at a regatta (just ask the crews of the high performance boats at the pointy end of the fleet who are often under curfew after 8pm and tucked up in bed by 10).
Sailing Adventures defies this logic by providing an extremely well managed combination of great competition afloat and a five star entertainment experience ashore, with great food, wine and most importantly, great company.

Our two tours with Sailing Adventures offered sailing tours to exotic locations - to Koh Samui and Tahiti. Both tours had manageable numbers, fostering enduring friendships. In each case, a combination of regatta sailing and casual cruising was on offer, with the opportunity to improve sailing skills, regardless of experience level.
Experienced sailors on board had the skills to handle the most testing weather, though our schedules were flexible enough to utilise good sailing conditions and maximize local sightseeing.
Advance preparation was meticulous, in-house catering was informally professional and we felt part of decision making through the tours. Each tour was special and we look forward to more sailing adventures.

Last year my wife and I joined Sailing Adventures on a wonderful holiday in Koh Samui, Thailand. Combining our love of sailing with travel to an exotic destination was an ideal way to experience another culture while holidaying with friends.
The first week was spent racing a chartered Beneteau yacht in the Koh Samui Regatta, whilst our partners shopped and relaxed with massages on the beach. During the second week, we chartered 2 yachts and cruised the outer islands in company, sailing in ideal conditions to a new destination each day, and anchoring in secluded bays in the evenings.
Our challenge during the second week was to find unique dining experiences throughout the islands which mainstream tourists would never have had the opportunity of visiting. I would recommend Sailing Adventures to anyone who is looking to experience a culture in a way that only the freedom of sailing offers.
